Melody Adorno.

Melody Adorno trained by singing in her local church and she is still there: since 2010 she has served at Viva Church in Orlando, Florida, where she began as a worship leader, moved into youth ministry, and today serves as creative pastor. Her repertoire was born in the Sunday congregation, not at a desk.

Her recording career began on January 18, 2019 with «Soul Cry», a song she wrote in 2018. In 2021 came «Process», her first album and a project entirely in English. That same year she joined the team that launched Maverick City Música as a worship leader and songwriter alongside Karen Espinosa, Nate Díaz, Laila Olivera, Johnny Peña and Aaron Moses.

Out of that season came «Mi Oración», «Libertad» and «Júbilo» with Miel San Marcos, which already tops 11 million streams on Spotify. In 2023 she recorded «Tu Presencia Es Mi Jardín» with Daniel Calveti, nominated at the 2024 GMA Dove Awards for Spanish worship song of the year.

On January 31, 2025 she released «Entronado (My Heart Your Home)», her first Spanish-language album: twelve tracks that include «Mi Deseo» and «Be Enthroned», the latter with Joe L. Barnes. In 2026 she followed with «Sonido del Cielo (Versión Estudio)». Today she draws more than 51,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Her bet is on worship the church can sing: simple melodies, lyrics that turn the focus back to Christ, and songs that work just as well in a sanctuary as through a pair of earbuds. She moves with the same ease in English and Spanish, and she writes with the congregation that will sing them in mind.
