Israel Garcia.

Israel García makes worship music from Pachuca, Hidalgo, and has been singing it in churches for more than twenty years. His story begins there, in the local congregation: his own songs, a few covers, and a simple idea he repeats whenever he can: that the important one is Jesus.

In 2004 his first albums appeared —“La Voz De Mi Amado,” “Los Cielos Están Abiertos” and “Inmenso Dios”— recorded with the resources of a ministry that was learning to produce. Then came “Enfermo De Amor” (2006), “Cantaré De Ti” (2008), “Al Autor De La Vida” (2010) and “Acerca Mi Corazón A Ti” (2012), a catalog of congregational worship that grew alongside his church.

“Tu Gloria Adoramos” (2015) and the singles that followed —“Bondadoso” (2019), “Adoramos” (2020), “Corro a mi Padre” (2021), “Cantad Alegres” (2022)— kept his name in the Spanish worship circuit, with a style that ranges from church piano and guitar to radio pop.

“Mi Esperanza” (2023) gave him one of his biggest moments of visibility: the video for the song was nominated for Best Music Video at the 2023 Premios Arpa, in a category he shared with Jesús Adrián Romero, 10.Diez Worship and Generación Gracia. It was followed by “Gracia Sublime Es (En Vivo)” (2024), “Amor te quiero” (2025), “TE CANTO ALELUYA” with Kelly Spyker and “¿Qué dirías?” (2025).

Besides his music career, he is lead pastor, together with his wife, of Iglesia Tierra Fértil, in Pachuca: the same church where he began singing. His songs don't seek applause for the singer, but to get the church singing what it believes: the greatness of Christ, grace that cannot be bought, and hope that doesn't depend on circumstances.
