Biography.

Christine D'Clario was born in New York into a family of Puerto Rican roots and grew up in Puerto Rico. There she began singing in her local congregation and studied music at the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico; she later completed a degree in Entertainment Business Management at Full Sail University, in Florida. Her public career began in 2005, with the self-titled debut album.

Solo Tú... Lo Único Que Quiero (2008), released with Integrity Music, introduced her beyond the island and opened her first tour through Latin America. De Vuelta al Jardín (2011) brought her first Dove nomination in the Spanish-language album category, and in 2013 came Más Profundo, accompanied by its English version, Deeper. In 2015 she recorded Eterno Live before ten thousand people at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico: that live album earned her a Dove for Spanish-language album and her first Latin Grammy nomination, in 2016.

Her catalog totals six Dove Awards: one for Spanish-language album for Eterno Live and five for Spanish-language recorded song—“No Hay Lugar Más Alto,” by Miel San Marcos with her voice (2017); “Loco Amor” (2020); “Donde Está El Espíritu de Dios” (2021); “Danzando,” by Gateway Worship Español (2022); and “Tantas Historias” (2024). She has been nominated twice for the Latin Grammy, for Eterno Live and for La Novia (2025), and the Premios Arpa honored her with an award for “Seguirte,” her collaboration with Marco Barrientos, and with a nomination for female vocal album for La Novia.

In 2024 she recorded La Novia at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, with fifteen thousand people present, and a year later the album competed as Spanish-language album of the year at the Dove Awards. In 2026 she appears again among the nominees: “Mi Necesidad (Live),” alongside singer-songwriter Cales Louima, competes as Spanish-language recorded worship song. D'Clario sings in Spanish and in English, and has collaborated with Bethel Music, Chris Tomlin, Elevation Worship, Maverick City Música, Miel San Marcos and Danny Gokey. Her approach is that of a worship leader: songs made to be sung by the church, with worship understood as a way of life and not just as a stage.
