Blanca.

Blanca Elaine Reyes —just "Blanca" in the credits— is a Christian pop singer and songwriter, of Puerto Rican roots and based in Florida. Her voice is recognizable from the first notes: she can carry a worship ballad just as easily as she closes a track with reggaeton and a church choir.

She started at 17. In 2003 she co-founded and became the lead vocalist of Group 1 Crew, the Christian hip hop trio born in a Bible study in Orlando, Florida. With them she released four albums, won several Dove Awards in the rap/hip-hop category, and signed the radio hit "Can't Go On." In 2013 she left the group to try her luck solo.

The gamble paid off: in January 2015 came the EP Who I Am and, months later, her self-titled debut album. The single "Who I Am" reached number one on Billboard's Christian Airplay. Then came Real Love (2017) and Shattered (2018), and in 2019 her first Spanish-language record, the EP Quebrantado, put her squarely into the Hispanic market. Renovada (2021) continued down that path.

In 2022 she released The Heartbreak and the Healing, with "The Healing" alongside Dante Bowe, and in 2023 the collaboration "Nubes," with Indiomar, earned her first Dove Award nomination for Spanish-language recorded song. In 2024 she released "Worthy" and its bilingual version with Yandel —nominated again in the same category at the 2025 Dove Awards—, and in October 2025 came Full Bloom, her fourth album: seventeen tracks blending pop, Latin, reggae, worship and hip-hop. She closed out the year with the Christmas EP A Christmas to Remember.

What runs through her catalog is identity: knowing who you belong to before what the industry says, and saying it in two languages. That's why it works just as well at a youth service as on the car radio. If you follow Spanish-language Christian pop, Blanca is one of the voices worth keeping close.
