Alisha Quiñónez.

Alisha Quiñónez is a Hispanic worship singer based in the Washington, D.C. area who sings in Spanish and English with a purpose she herself sums up on her channel: "to bring this generation back into the arms of Jesus." Her own catalog began in 2021 and already includes a Premios Arpa nomination.

In January 2021 she released "Mi Alma," first in a string of singles — "Hablo Jesús," "I Speak Jesus," "Será Cumplido," "Habitas Aquí," "Estar En Tu Presencia," "Jesús Tu Gloria Está Aquí" and "Has Sido Bueno" — in which she alternates original songs with Spanish-language versions of modern hymns from the English-speaking church, such as the "I Speak Jesus" by Here Be Lions and Darlene Zschech. That year she closed with her first EP, "Espacio Te Haré" (2021).

In 2022 came "Make Room," "Te Necesito" with the Peruvian singer Marisol Tocto, "Bello Jesús" and "Fuiste Tú," the single that took her to the 18th edition of the Premios Arpa (2023): she was nominated for Best Female Vocal Album or Track, with Integrity Music Latin, alongside Jared Alexandra, Stephanie Michelle and Verónica Sanfilippo.

Her music is congregational worship: direct lyrics, easy-to-learn melodies and a message that points to intimacy with God before the stage. She has also recorded in English ("Changing Me," 2023), appears credited with Stephen McWhirter and Taylor Pride on "Joy Comes in the Morning (Live)" (2023) and has released songs such as "Hay Alegría" (2024) and "Clamo a Cristo" (2026), her version of the Elevation Worship track, which has surpassed 160,000 views on YouTube.
