Toma Tu Lugar.

Toma Tu Lugar began as a worship team in Córdoba, Argentina, and today is one of the most-listened-to Spanish-language worship projects: more than 750,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and songs sung in churches across the Americas and Spain. It is led by Marcos Brunet, a Brazilian pastor, singer, and songwriter based in Argentina, along with a team that sees itself as "a ministerial family" devoted to equipping the body of Christ for the work of ministry.

Their first live recordings came in 2011: «Toma Tu Lugar» and «Uniendo Cielo y Tierra». From there came hymns that still ring in services —«Beso Tus Pies», «Atrae Mi Corazón», and «Al Que Está Sentado en el Trono», with more than 75 million streams on Spotify— and a way of doing worship: long songs, with room for the spontaneous and lyrics centered on Christ.

Then came «Hogar dulce hogar» (2013), «Adora a Jesús» (2015), «Uno En Cristo» (2017), «Casa de oración» (2019), and «Día y Noche» (2021). In 2021 they recorded live with UPPERROOM, the worship church from Dallas, and from that meeting came «Maranatha 1» and «Maranatha 2» (2022), with bilingual versions that opened up the Hispanic audience in the United States for them.

The pace didn't slow: the «FLUIR» series (2022, 2023, and 2026), the album «Habitación» (2024), and the project «Américas» alongside Brazil's Som Do Reino (2024), with its second part, «Americas II» (2026). «FLUIR 3», their most recent EP, came out in September 2026 and was recorded live at the TOMATULUGAR conference in October 2025, in Córdoba. This year the team is nominated for a Dove Award for «El celo de tu casa».

The lineup includes Marcos Brunet, Lucas Conslie, Jan Earle, Andrés "Chapu" Buffa, Abner "Nane" Morales, Gustavo Astellano, Juan Carlos Parada, Daniela Alvarado, and Lid Galmes. Their music doesn't chase spectacle: it aims for an entire church to sing the same thing. Which of their songs have you already sung in your church?
