Samuel Troc.

Samuel Troc is a Venezuelan singer and songwriter based in Madrid and one of the most recognizable voices in Spanish-language Christian urban music. His music blends pop and urban sounds with lyrics born of real experiences: gratitude, identity, and purpose. That approachable tone — more conversation than sermon — is what connects him with a young audience across Latin America, the United States, and Spain.

His career on streaming platforms began in 2020 with singles like «Fiel» and «Tú Me Esperabas». In 2022 came «No Pa' Tras», his first album under that name, where you could already hear the blend of current rhythms and personal reflection. The following year, «Siempre Bueno» (2023) established him among the genre's new voices.

The breakthrough was «Full Color» (2024), an album of collaborations: Lizzy Parra, Travy Joe, Damaris Guerra, Josh Gamez, and Destiny Marko appear on an album that speaks of hope without losing its street sound. From there came the expanded edition «Full Color Deluxe» (2025) and, in 2026, «Complicado», his most recent work, which brought together several singles released since 2024 into a single project.

In November 2024, at the Metropólitan Theater in Mexico City, «Full Color» won the 19th Arpa Award for Best Urban Album; that same night, «Siempre Bueno» was competing as Independent Album. Today «Complicado» appears on the preliminary list of the 20th edition of the Arpa Awards in three categories: Male Vocal Album, Alternative Music, and Singer-Songwriter.

To start, all of «Full Color» and then «Mi Canción», «Examíname», and «Me Elevas», his most-streamed songs on Spotify, where he tops 120,000 monthly listeners. What song of his would you put on to talk about faith with someone who never sets foot in a church?
