Año Cero.

Año Cero is an Argentine Christian rock band based in Villa Real, Buenos Aires. It began its journey around the year 2000 and is still releasing songs in 2026: few bands in the region can hold on for twenty-five years without turning the volume down.

Its debut was «Tiempo de Descuento» (2001), followed by «Plástico Corazón» (2003) and «Siempre Más» (2007): three albums of guitars and choruses that built them an audience in Argentina and across the rest of the continent. Then came «Fe» (2010), «Quince Con Amigos» (2016) —a celebration of their first fifteen years— and «Fiesta en Mi Cabeza» (2017).

In 2022 it released the «Parte A», «Parte B» and «Parte C» trilogy, and in 2023 «Infinito», a seventeen-song album. That material has kept them at the Premios Arpa ever since: nominated in 2022 for the album artwork of «Infinito» and in 2023 and 2024 in the Rock / Hard Rock Album category.

The past few years it has spent collaborating: «Él Te Espera» with Matamba (2024), «Vorágine» with Corto Plazo, «Lo Buscamos» with Rescate, «Furia Celestial» with Pescao Vivo, «Difícil» with Fila9 and «Cicatriz» with Skapaltata (2025). In 2026 it added «Barquitos de Papel», «Voy de Viaje», «La Razón de Todo», «El Mito» and «Analogía».

Its music is guitar-driven rock with lyrics about a hope that doesn't depend on how the week is going: songs made to be sung with the church and to bring a friend to a concert. Which of its songs would you play for someone who says faith isn't for them?
