Pequeños Héroes.

Pequeños Héroes was born out of an uncomfortable question: if the world invests millions to win over children, what is the church left with? The answer was an animated program and a songbook with the Bible's characters. The project launched in June 2016 with its YouTube channel and is based in Bogotá.

The first animated stories were made by learning animation from tutorials, joined later by characters now heard in homes and Sunday schools: David, Esther, Joseph, Jonah, Samson, Noah. Today the channel has more than 1.4 billion views and more than 1.5 million subscribers.

In October 2020 the first releases arrived on streaming platforms: the singles "Sansón" and "Lázaro" and, in November, the album "10 Veces Más," ten songs that won them the AMCL Children's Album of the Year 2021. Then came "Jesús Te Llama" (2021), "Los Libros de la Biblia," "David y Goliat" and "La Misión de Moisés" (2023), and the album "Jesús Mi Esperanza" (2024), eight tracks. In 2026 they keep releasing new music: "Tu Gozo," "Las Mañanitas," "Jesús Mi Capitán" and "Los Animales del Arca."

The recognition goes with that catalog: the Arpa Awards nominated them in the children's category in 2022 for "Jesús Te Llama" and in 2024 for "Jesús Mi Esperanza," and the AMCL awards gave them Children's Album of the Year for "10 Veces Más" (2021) and "Jesús Mi Esperanza" (2024), plus Children's Song of the Year for "Los Libros de la Biblia" (2023).

What sets them apart? Short songs, catchy choruses and colorful videos that translate Scripture into the language of little ones, with curricula and illustrated Bibles that churches use in their children's ministry. It is not music to listen to in silence: it is music to sing as a family, in the car and in the children's room, so that faith is also learned at home.
