Respira.
In Respira I talk about what sometimes weighs on the inside: anxiety, purpose, family, rest. I believe faith and science don't compete, and that asking for help is also an act of faith. I write calmly, because nothing heals in a hurry. I don't diagnose or replace a professional, and I always leave a helpline within reach. What I do want is for you to leave each column with a little more air and one concrete step for today.
